Situated in the Lusaka Showgrounds just opposite Manda Hill Shopping Centre, Lusaka Rugby Club is one of the countries premier sporting clubs. Over the past ten years, Lusaka have won the league title 3 times and the knock out cup three times. The club has also been successful in many one day competitions such as the Nchanga 10s and the Rhino 7s. The clubs B team has also reached the final of the B team knock out cup on a number of occasions recently.

Lusaka Rugby Club is home of the Castle International Sevens tournament (formerly the Mosi Lusaka International Sevens) which has now been running for 10 years and whose winners include the Springbok Under 23’s, Mpumalanga and the British Army.

Lusaka also hosts many of Zambia’s international games and has often hosted the Knockout Cup final.
